Ours is a programme suitable for participants from all backgrounds. The knowledge and techniques we teach are versatile, suitable for many different environments.
Participants should have both experience with lean six sigma and be ready to move into a more strategic, advanced role in process improvement.
What are the eligibility requirements?
Here is a brief synopsis of the eligibility requirements. Candidates for this training and certification should have:
- Experience leading and participating in process improvement initiatives.
- A solid understanding of basic statistics and grasp of algebra.
- The ability to influence and manage change in a cross functional capacity.
- A business improvement project they can apply learning to throughout the programme.
- Time to devote to working on the project between training instalments.
